NESTLE INDIA LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Declared interim dividend of Rs. 12.50 only (Rupees twelve and paise fifty only) per equity share for the year 2014 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.<br/><br/>The interim dividend for 2014 will be paid on and from May 29, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Rajya Vardhan Kanoria as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from May 13, 2014. Mr. Kanoria has been appointed as an additional director of the Company.
