Net 4 India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had applied for grant of extension for holding the Annual General Meeting up to a period not exceeding 3 months from the due date of AGM i.e. till December 31, 2015 to Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, subject to their approval.<BR><BR>The above intimation as regards to application for extension of AGM had already been sent to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated August 21, 2015.<BR><BR>ROC vide its order dated August 31, 2015 had approved for Three month extension i.e. upto December 31, 2015.
