| Net 4 India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of directors at its adjourned meeting held on June 06, 2014 had considered certain matters apart from the Annual Accounts, the financial results and the Auditor's Report thereon, which could not be considered due to certain finalizations being done in the annual accounts and Auditors review thereof; further time will be required for the consideration of the same in detail.<br/><br/>Apart from the above, the major items which were inter alia considered and approved is the appointment of Ms. Khushboo Mehndiratta as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. June 05, 2014 in place of Ms. Nandita Goel who has resigned from the position as such w.e.f. May 19, 2014.<br/><br/>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for approving and take-on record, inter-alia, the Annual Accounts, the financial results and the Auditor's Report thereon for the period ended on March 31, 2014, is adjourned for June 11, 2014 at 5:00 P.M (IST) at the corporate office of the Company. | |
