With reference to the earlier letter dated June 22, 2015, wherein the Company had informed that the appeal by the Company before the ITAT against the Assessment Order dated February 21, 2014, will come up for hearing on July 30, 2015.<BR><BR> In this regard, New Delhi Television Ltd has now informed BSE that matter came up on July 30, 2015 before the ITAT which has adjourned the matter and has now fixed the next date of hearing on September 29, 2015.
