Next Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Adopted Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading By Insiders as per the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 effective from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Adopted the Directors Appointment and Evaluation Policy.<BR><BR>3. Mr. Manoj Gujaran, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will be resigning from the Company with effect from April 30, 2015.<BR><BR>4. The Directors did not recommend any Dividend.
