NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power vide letter dated September 15, 2014, has intimated the approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for non-extension of tenure of Shri A.B.L. Srivastava, Director (Finance) NHPC Ltd after the completion of his tenure of five years on February 10, 2013. Accordingly, Shri A.B.L. Srivastava, Director (Finance), NHPC Ltd has been relieved from his services.<br/><br/>Further, Shri R. S. Mina, Director (Personnel), NHPC Ltd will hold the additional charge of Director (Finance), NHPC Ltd, till appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
