With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2015 regarding FY15 results on May 29, 2015, NHPC Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board may also consider to recommend final dividend, if any, for the year 2014-15 in its meeting scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015.
