NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power vide its letter dated November 18, 2015 has appointed (i) Shri. Satya Prakash Mangal, (ii) Prof. (Smt.) Kanika T. Bhal, (iii) Dr. Arun Kumar and (iv) Shri. Farooq khan as Non-Official Part Time Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of the Company for a period of three years or till furthers orders, whichever is earlier.
