With reference to earlier announcement dated November 06, 2013 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting. Nicco Parks and Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the tenure of Mr. Arijit Sengupta, Managing Director and CEO of the Company expires on the close of business hours on December 31, 2013 and consequently, Mr. Sengupta will also cease to be a Director on the<br/>Board of Directors of the Company with effect from January 01, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board at its meeting held on November 6, 2013, has appointed, Mr. Abhijit Dutta as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from January 1, 2014. At the same meeting, subject to requisite approvals to be obtained in due course, the Board has also appointed Mr. Dutta as Managing Director and CEO of the Company with effect from January 1, 2014.
