To consider and take on record the Audited Accounts and Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend for the year 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>3. To fix the Record Date/Book closure dates to ascertain the members of the Company for the payment of Dividend, if any, for the year 2014-15;<BR><BR>4. To fix the date, time & venue for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
