Nirlon Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company on February 25, 2014 have taken on record a letter dated February 13, 2014 (RII Letter) received from RII that RII is not, and has never in the past acted as a PAC with the promoter and promoter group of Nirlon from the date of initial investment of RII in the Company. Taking into account the facts set out in paragraph 2 above, the Board noted the inadvertent classification of RII as a PAC with the promoters and promoter group of Nirlon, and took on record that the Company will be taking all necessary steps to reflect the correct factual position of RII.
