Nirlon Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved in principle the following items<BR><BR>1. To develop Phase 5 of Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP) at Goregaon (East), Mumbai.<BR><BR>2. To avail additional borrowing from HDFC Limited not exceeding Rs.500.00 Crore for the proposed Phase 5 development of NKP.
