Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Reena Raje has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 30, 2014. In absence of Company Secretary, the Company have now appointed Mr. Rohit Darji, Executive - Secretarial, as the Compliance Officer and Investor Relation Officer of the Company as required under Listing Agreement of the Company with effect from October 01, 2014.
