Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Non-trading period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under 'Nitco Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' would commence from May 02, 2016 to June 01, 2016, i.e. till 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2016.
