| With reference to the news item appearing in the newspaper titled "Nitesh Estates to buy Pune mall for Rs. 300 cr", Nitesh Estates Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"a. There are discussion with the present owners of the Pune Mall and the process of Due Diligence is under progress.<br/><br/>b. Due to confidentiality arrangement, we will not be in a position to give more information at this stage.<br/><br/>c. Under the circumstances, neither we deny nor we confirm the news item.<br/><br/>d. Once the final position emerges, appropriate communication will be made to all concerned." | |
