| NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Government of India has appointed Shri Narendra Kothari, CEO, SAIL as <br/>Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.<br/><br/>In terms of the above Government Order, Shri Narendra Kothari has assumed charge of the post of CMD of NMDC Ltd. on April 21, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, consequent to the above Shri C. S. Verma ceases to be CMD and Director of the Company with effect from April 21, 2014. | |
