NMDC Ltd has informed BSE about the following:<BR><BR>- Appointment of Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC.<BR><BR>(a) Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide Order dated November 13, 2015 has appointed Shri A.K. Srivastava, Smt. Bhagwati Mahesh Baldewa and Shri Rajesh Mangal as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or till further orders whichever is earlier.<BR><BR>(b) Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide Order dated November 27, 2015 has appointed Shri Pradip Bhargava, Dr. Shymal K. Sarkar and Shri S.M. Nigam as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or till further orders whichever is earlier.
