NMDC Ltd has informed BSE that Shri S. K. Das, Director (Commercial), NMDC, has retired from the services of the Company on attaining the superannuation age of 60 years on August 31, 2014. Accordingly he ceased to be a Director on the<br/>Board of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company inform that the Govt. of India has already initiated action to fill up the said vacancy.
