With reference to the earlier announcements dated June 13, 2014, July 02, 2014 and August 05, 2014 in respect of extension of tenure of Shri N. K. Nanda, Director (Technical), NMDC.<br/><br/>NMDC Ltd has now informed BSE that Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide its letter dated September 05, 2014 inter alia, has communicated that NMDC may follow the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad on August 28, 2014 in Writ Petition No.15103 of 2014 i.e. to continue the Petitioner in the capacity as Director of the respondent Board for four (04) weeks.<br/><br/>This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
