Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has received an Intimation on 26th March, 2024 from Kfin Technologies Limited (formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited) the Company''s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), regarding loss of share certificates and issue of letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed herewith. Accordingly, letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out. This is for your information and record.
