Noesis Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2016.
