With reference to the letter dated January 08, 2015 with respect to Result of Postal Ballot and E-Voting on the matters as set out in the Postal Ballot notice dated November 14, 2014, NTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Item no, 1 in the said notice has been passed as a Special Resolution with requisite majority but has been kept at abeyance and not given effect due to ex-parte Ad Interim order of Court of the Learned 4th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Sealdah. However, the Company is taking necessary actions to vacate the said order.
