NTC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Nilotpal Deb has been appointed as an additional Director of the Company, with effect from February 14, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Naresh Chandra Chakraborty as Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 14, 2014;<br/><br/>3. Mr. Nilotpal Deb has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 14, 2014; and<br/><br/>4. Further the Company has noted that, the Audit Committee of the Company has been reconstituted w.e.f. February 14, 2014. Mr. Nilotpal Deb, Managing Director of the Company, has been inducted as Member in place of Mr. Naresh Chandra Chakraborty.
