Nu Tek India Ltd has informed BSE that;<br/><br/>"The Zee Business News channel has telecasted a news about Nu Tek India Limited at their programme "News 360 degree" where they have claimed that the Company has shut down its operations and has closed its offices. <br/><br/>The Company has not seen the said news but believing that the Zee Business has telecasted the same, we categorically deny this. The Company is fully operational and it has its offices in Delhi and Gurgaon along with other places. The entire management of the Company sits at its Corporate Office situated at B-27, Infocity, Sector-34, Gurgaon-122001, which is well within the knowledge of every Regulatory Authority. <br/><br/>It would had been prudent for the News Channel to contact to any responsible officer of the Company or to Promoters of the Company to take a view on any news about the Company and to enquire about operation's and affairs of the Company but the same was not done and, the channel telecasted the aforesaid news without having due enquiry."
