| Nu Tek India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed on account of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015, for the period mentioned below:<BR><BR>From October 28, 2015 till expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of said Unaudited Financial Result duly approved by the Board on November 07, 2015.<BR><BR>During the period, the Directors/ Officers/Designated employees and their relatives covered under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, 2015, are required not to deal in Equity Shares/ Securities of Nu Tek India Limited. | |
