To call for an EGM to approve the remuneration of Mr. Inder Sharma, Chairman and MD and Mr. Vineet Sirpaul, CEO and WTD on May 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Corporate office of the Company at B-27, Infocity, Sector-34, Gurgaon-122001 Haryana.<br/><br/>2. To promote Smt. Smriti Srivastava to hold office as Chief Financial Officer of the company until otherwise decided by the Board.
