Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that during the AGM held on July 08, 2015 a query was raised to the Board, that whether the Promoter family is considering any acquisition of the Company shares. To this the Managing Director replied, that they may be open to such a possibility, as per the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
