Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 08, 2014, the vacancy caused due to the retirement by rotation of Mr. Sanjiv Sarin, Director, was not filled up. Hence Mr. Sanjiv Sarin ceases to be on the Board of the Company w.e.f. July 08, 2014.
