Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the directors of the Company vide a circular resolution passed on March 12, 2016 has declared interim dividend for financial year 2015-16 at the rate of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share i.e. 20% of the face value of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.<BR><BR>The said interim dividend shall be paid starting from March 22, 2016.
