OCL India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Noted the resignation of Dr. R. C. Vaish.<BR><BR>2. recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per share (on face value of Rs. 2/- per share) for the Financial Year 2014-15.
