Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:<BR><BR>1. The Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing with the securities of ONGC has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 29, 2015 and adopted by the Company with immediate effect.<BR><BR>2. The aforesaid Code has been published on the website (www.ongcindia.com) of the Company. The same has also been uploaded on the intranet of the Company for wider circulation & information of the employees and compliance thereof.<BR><BR>3. Further, Company Secretary has been designated as Compliance Officer for the purpose of this Code.
