Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of clause 7.3 of Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of ONGC, "Trading Window shall be closed from November 04, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (Both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Quarterly Un-audited Financial Result for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014.
