| Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to Regulation 30 (3) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a notice, under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ('IEPF Rules'), dated 27th April, 2017, has been issued by the Company to those Shareholders whose shares are liable to transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund under above section of the Companies Act, 2013. In this regard, a notice has also been published in the Business Standard Newspaper dated 28.04.2017 in English and Hindi (regional language) as per the requirements of the IEPF Rules.
