Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approve the following :<BR><BR>1. Board took note of Long-Term Settlement with Labour of Automax Plant, Binola and Speedomax Plant, Sidhrawali.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Suresh Chand Mathur, Chairman of the Company, also an independent director, has resigned from his directorship and chairmanship of the Company from the closing hours of May 22, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Mrs. Sakshi Kaura, Whole-time Director of the Company, has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders in general meeting.
