Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the "OMAX Autos' Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on November 10, 2014, for consideration and approval of the Un-audited quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>During the above-mentioned period, all senior/designated employees Including consultants. Auditors and RTA of OMAX Autos Ltd have been advised not to be involved in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities.
