Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE as under:<BR><BR>"The Company had terminated the contract of six Labour Contractors in its Dharuhera Plant, with due notice and compensation to the Contractors as per the terms of their contract. The Times of India, Delhi/Gurgaon edition carried news article on this topic. Further, one person who was earlier working under one of the Labour Contractors so terminated, allegedly committed suicide on February 14, 2017. The Times of India has again carried a news on the same today i.e. February 15, 2017. The Company has already clarified to the newspaper that the suicide has nothing to do with the termination of contract with the Labour Contractor."
