| Omnitex Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, to consider the Audited Financial Results and auditors report thereon for the year ended March 31, 2015 & also consider the appointment of Mr. Narendra Kumar Dalmia as Additional Director of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 21, 2015 to closure of business hours of June 02, 2015. | |
