Onward Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, had discussed the following;<BR><BR>- The last financial year has been distinctively better than the previous year. The First quarter also has been encouraging. However, the Board in its wisdom and out of abundant caution decided not to proceed with the proposal to declare an interim dividend.
