| Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board has approved the grant of 15,000 stock options to an employee of the Company under the ESOP 2011 Scheme at an exercise price of Rs. 3,075.90 per option (being the closing price on July 11, 2014 on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited where the trading volume of the equity shares of the Company was highest) subject to such approvals, if and to the extent required, on the following terms and conditions :<br/><br/>1. Date of Grant: July 14, 2014;<br/><br/>2. The above options have a vesting period of 5 years from the date of grant in the ratio of 20% per year;<br/><br/>3. The said options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 5/- each; and<br/><br/>4. The said options shall be exercisable within a period of 10 years from the date of grant and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Employee Stock Option Plan 2011 Scheme. | |
