| Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated Indian GAAP Financials for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015 (Q3), as per Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed from January 25, 2016 until February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2015. | |
