Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments thereto , in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the company , the trading window for dealing in the Company''s Securities for all Directors, Promoters, Designated persons including dependants and immediate relatives, shall remain closed with effect from 01-10-2023 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the company for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September 2023, will be intimated in due course.
