| This is to inform that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, 19th September 2017 at 10.00 a.m. at 'Federation of Indian Export Organisations' (FIEO), Niryat Bhawan, Rao Tula Ram Marg (Opposite Army Hospital Research & Referral) New Delhi-110057, to elect three Directors from amongst the shareholders of the Bank other than the Central Government. <BR> <BR> Further, we also wish to inform that the Bank has fixed Friday, 25th August 2017 as the Specified Date/Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders entitled to participate in the election of Shareholder Directors i.e. to nominate, contest and vote (remote e-voting and voting at the meeting) on the business of the meeting as stated above.<BR> <BR> This notice is being sent in compliance of Regulation 42(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> | |
