Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company is closed with immediate effect on January 14, 2015 and will reopened on February 05, 2015 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on February 04, 2015.
