Osian Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>1. Accepted resignation of Mr. Jaysukh Gondalia and Mr. Laxman B Dhaduk as they showed their inability to continue as directors of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Shreepal Dinesh Jain and Mr. Pranav P. Dhrafani have consented to act as directors and they have been appointed as additional directors of the company with immediate effect and they will hold office till the ensuing general meeting.<br/><br/>3. The registered office of the Company has been shifted within city limit to Shrimad Bhawan, Off No. SF 23, 3rd Floor, Opp Kanta Vikas Gruh, Rajkot 360002 Gujarat.
