| With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 24, 2012, with respect to appointment and resignation of directors of the Company, Osian Industries Ltd has now informed BSE about the following:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Jaysukh Gondalia and Mr. Laxman B. Dhaduk have resigned from the Board and Mr. Sheepal Dinesh Jain and Mr. Pranav P. Dhrafani have been appointed as additional directors of the Company.<br/><br/>2.
