| P.M. Telelinnks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2014. Further the Company has informed that, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from August 28, 2014 to August 30, 2014 [both days inclusive] as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 and to consider the following.<br/><br/>1. Adoption of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Approval of Directors Report including Corporate Governance and Notice convening the Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>3. To consider re-appointment of Statutory Auditors.<br/><br/>4. To fix the Date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting. | |
