PAL Credit & Capital Ltd has informed BSE that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 30, 2015, the Board noted the sad demise of Shri M. D. Adhikari, director of the Company. Further, Board has inducted Shrimati Urmila Nagarkar, as a Director on the Board of the Company in the causal vacancy caused by the demise of Shri M. D. Adhikari at the same meeting.
