| Palred Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 23, 2016 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Also, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from January 19, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the results are generally available. | |
