To consider the valuation report submitted by independent Auditors M/s. M.M. Reddy and Associates, Chartered Accountants.<br/><br/>2. To consider the fairness opinion report forwarded by Merchant Bankers M/s. Karvy Investor Services Limited.<br/><br/>3. To approve the draft scheme of arrngement between Palred Technologies Limited (Transferee Company) and Palred Media And Entertainment Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Pal Premium Online Media Private Limited (Transferor Company)<br/><br/>Further the Company informed that the Company has acquired Deals15.com from Premium Web Services Private Limited. | |
