Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that our Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr.N.Archana, has expressed his intention to resign due to personal reasons. The company has accepted his resignation and she ceases to be the Company Secretary & Compliance officer.<BR> <BR> In the interim, in terms of Regulations 6 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has appointed Mr.Naveen Kumar, as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the with effect from 01.08.2017, he will be responsible for ensuring compliances under Listing Regulations, SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws and regulations.<BR>
